Lol. I got my new one 2 months ago, it suddenly got massive overheating problems and I sent it back a lil over a week ago, and got it back yesterday.
(BTW its a low- speed dual AMD core, which is almost impossible to overheat, so I knew somethin wierd was up when it couldnt start cuz it was BURNING HOT LOL.)
And yes a new computer should be able to handle a LOT more than the older one would. You can add nice background bits and one time details without jittering from hitting the CPU cap.
